Startup OS is operated by Maps & Apps Inc. These terms apply to this website and to joining the private beta waitlist. By using the site you accept them.

What this site is

This is a marketing site for a product in development, plus a form for joining the private beta waitlist. It does not give you access to any software, and no product is being sold here. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a commitment to build or ship any particular feature.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may contact you about early access, development updates, and future beta groups. It does not guarantee you a place in the beta, a timeline, or access on any particular terms.

We may change the shape of the beta, pause it, or end it. You can ask us to remove your address at any time and we will delete it.

Using the site fairly

Submit your own email address, not someone else's. Do not use automated tools to submit the form, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt it. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated signups and may block access that looks abusive.

Our content

The text, design, diagrams, and the Startup OS name and marks on this site belong to Maps & Apps Inc. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote it with attribution. Please do not reproduce the branding or present the material as your own.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. To the extent the law allows, Maps & Apps Inc. is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site.

Third parties

The site runs on Cloudflare, sends email through Resend, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the waitlist form. What each of them handles is described on ourprivacy page.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date below shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
